Job Description

1. Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Ensure proper functioning of hardware components and resolve hardware-related issues. Install and maintain software applications on desktop systems. 2. Operating System Management: Perform OS installations and upgrades on desktop machines. Troubleshoot and resolve OS-related issues. 3. Printer Support: Diagnose and resolve printer problems, including configuration and maintenance. Provide support for networked and local printers. 4. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing user issues promptly and professionally. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. 5. Onsite and Remote Support: Provide onsite support to end-users as needed. Offer remote assistance using appropriate tools. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Document system configurations and changes. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing. 8. Security and Compliance: Implement and follow security policies to ensure desktop and laptop security. Assist in compliance with IT security best practices.
