Job Description

As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of cement and allied products for large-scale projects. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales and project management to achieve company sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and target potential institutional clients (builders, contractors, real estate developers, government projects, etc.) to promote and sell cement and allied products. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key institutional accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Project Sales: Manage sales processes for large-scale projects, including quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups, ensuring timely deliveries and meeting client specifications. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities for sales growth. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress through CRM tools and regular reporting. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Customer Support: Provide on-site support for clients when needed and address any issues or concerns regarding product delivery, quality, or services. Skills: Strong understanding of the cement and construction market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and analyze project requirements and propose relevant solutions. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of project timelines, site coordination, and handling customer concerns. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
