Were looking for a proactive Franchise Field Executive in Bangalore to support ONN Bikes franchise partners The role involves station setup, on-ground operations monitoring, RTO documentation, and remote support for PAN India partners Candidates must have 1-3 years of field/franchise experience, strong coordination skills, and be open to travel You'll act as a bridge between franchisees and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily functioning, SOP adherence, and partner success We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Franchise Field Executive to manage and support franchise operations in designated territories. This role will involve regular visits to franchise locations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, providing on-the-ground support, and assisting with the overall growth and operational efficiency of the franchise network.Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site visits to ensure franchise operations align with brand standards, policies, and procedures. Assist franchisees in day-to-day operations, including staff training, inventory management, and customer service practices. Identify operational issues at franchise locations and offer solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to implement promotional strategies and initiatives at the franchise level. Provide feedback to management about franchise performance and recommend improvements. Ensure franchisees adhere to financial and operational standards, including maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and stock. Act as a liaison between the franchisee and the corporate office to address concerns, report issues, and gather feedback. Monitor the implementation of new processes, systems, and training modules at franchise locations. Support franchisees in the recruitment, training, and management of staff. Help in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction at the franchise level. Prepare and submit regular reports on franchise performance, key metrics, and challenges. Ensure timely renewal and updating of franchise agreements and other legal documentation.
