Job description Job Summary : The Field Executive is responsible for conducting field operations and ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively in line with the company's goals. This role involves frequent travel to client sites, managing documentation, delivering services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site operations. Key Responsibilities : Field Operations: Conduct field visits to clients or designated locations as required. Assist with the collection of documents, signatures, or any other required fieldwork. Provide on-ground support for product delivery, installation, or service-based operations. Customer Interaction: Address customer queries, provide product/service demonstrations, and offer solutions in the field. Please maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collect feedback from customers to improve service delivery. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit reports based on field visits, including service requests, complaints, or issues encountered. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time. Maintain and update records of field visits, status updates, and other relevant information. Coordination: Travel to designated areas and interact with local communities to promote our app Coordinate with local vendors and collect the accurate data. Ensure timely and efficient problem resolution for clients. Introduce and promote our app to potential users Skills & Qualifications: Education : High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a similar field executive or field service role. Strong knowledge of local areas. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good understanding of field operations and customer service. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using mobile apps, GPS, and basic office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.). Working Conditions: Travel: Regular travel is required to customer locations. Hours: Flexible hours; may require working on weekends or evenings based on customer needs. Physical Requirements : Ability to walk, stand, or travel long distances during field visits.
