At Gladiator Security Services, we prioritize excellence and reliability in all our operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer located in Srikakulam. The Field Officer will be responsible for on-ground security operations including patrolling assigned areas, monitoring security equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel. Day-to-day tasks also include reporting incidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs of all security-related activities. The Field Officer will work closely with the security team to implement best practices and protocols for ensuring high standards of safety. Qualifications Experience in security operations and emergency response Proficiency in using security monitoring equipment and systems Strong communication and observational skills Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations Physical fitness and ability to conduct patrols and respond to incidents Relevant certification or training in security operations is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Show more Show less
