A Field Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing field operations and project activities at in various colleges.This role typically involves coordination between different teams, ensuring project milestones are met, managing logistics, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution : Supervise and support day-to-day project activities in various colleges. Coordination : Act as a link between field teams, central office, and stakeholders. Scheduling : Develop and monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Reporting : Prepare progress reports, document field data, and communicate updates. Resource Management : Ensure availability and proper use of tools, materials Problem-Solving : Address field issues and escalate when needed. Essential Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset Knowledge of project management tools Ability to work independently and under pressure
