Job Description:We are looking for proactive and target-driven Field Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Bellandur. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit delivery boys (bikers) for leading delivery platforms through on-ground sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits in areas like parking spots, tea stalls, garages, fuel stations, and colleges to identify potential candidates. Source, screen, and onboard delivery partners as per daily/weekly targets. Explain job roles, benefits, and salary structure to candidates. Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding process. Maintain records of walk-ins, shortlisted, and joined candidates. Collaborate with internal teams for backend documentation and reporting. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above. 6 months – 2 years of field recruitment or sales experience preferred. Good communication skills in Kannada/Hindi; basic English is a plus. Must be comfortable with fieldwork (travel locally within Bellandur and nearby areas). Android phone and two-wheeler preferred (for local travel). Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month (fixed) Incentives: Based on closures (up to ₹8,000–₹10,000/month extra) Travel allowance/Fuel reimbursement Performance bonuses Opportunity to grow into Team Lead roles.
