Position Summary: The Field Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process in the field, ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent to meet the operational needs. The Field Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and Cluster Managers, and onboard candidates for various roles, particularly for on-location positions. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage with candidates directly in the field, and a deep understanding of the company's recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment & Sourcing: β Actively source and identify qualified candidates through various methods, including direct sourcing, employee referrals. β Conduct recruitment activities in the field, including job fairs, community outreach, and partnership building with local organizations to increase brand visibility. β Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, schools, and community organizations to enhance talent pipelines. 2. Field Recruitment Strategy: β Develop and implement field-specific recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, particularly for positions that require a local or on-site presence. β Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to ensure the team meets hiring targets.
