About the job: Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Hardware Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. The role involves selling IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and related peripherals to businesses and institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, technical understanding of hardware products, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and approach potential clients in the Bangalore region through field visits, cold calls, and networking. 2. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate IT hardware solutions. 3. Generate and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales. 4. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and upselling. 5. Provide product demos and technical information to clients as needed. 6. Coordinate with internal teams (technical support, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and installation. 7. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report regularly to the Sales Manager. 8. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with background in IT, Electronics, or Business. 1-5 years of field sales experience in IT hardware or related industries (freshers with strong motivation will be considered). Good knowledge of IT hardware products (e.g., laptops, desktops, routers, printers, servers). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally outside. Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
