As a sole contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in the field. >>> Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research. Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster trust and retention. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets consistently. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the assigned territory. Provide actionable feedback to the company regarding client needs and market opportunities. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the assigned region. Align field efforts with the companys overall sales objectives to maximize results. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including support and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales service for clients. >>> Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales. Experience in the GPS or telematics industry is highly desirable. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
