Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday) Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence, drive sales, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate excels in generating leads, conducting field sales, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Effectively convert qualified leads into successful sales through consultative selling. Field Sales: Conduct on-site visits to potential customers, presenting company offerings and gathering insights. Market Exploration: Identify and leverage new business opportunities in assigned territories. Sales Target Fulfillment: Ensure 100% achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals through client engagement and order processing. Lead Follow-Up: Respond to all assigned leads within 24 hours to ensure prompt engagement and a high-quality customer experience. Client Retention: Retain clients and maintain good business relationships. Required: Proven track record in B2B field sales (minimum 2 years), bonus points if from the same industry. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Graduate.
