Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Male Sales Executiv e to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets in Gujarat . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agricultural sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements: The candidate should have experience in agricultural products . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture or related field preferred. Proven track record in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet their requirements. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
