Role & responsibilities Haryana Tools and Tackles is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives / Team Leaders to drive industrial sales. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment, preferably from the machinery, automation, and electrical sector. The candidate must have a strong network with purchase managers in industries and should possess their own vehicle for field visits. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers and decision-makers in industries. Promote and sell industrial tools, equipment, and machinery to targeted clients. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential customers. Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth in the assigned territory. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and submit sales reports, quotations, and proposals. Collaborate with the internal team for order processing, customer support, and after-sales services. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales of tools, machinery, automation, or electrical equipment. Strong knowledge of industrial tools, machinery, and automation products. Established connections with purchase managers in industries. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Own vehicle is mandatory for field sales operations.
