Position: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer Location: Sahakar Nagar, Kalyan Nagar, J. P. Nagar (Kanakapura Road), Bangalore Company: HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 1 to 4 Years Industry: BFSI / Financial Services Compensation: ₹3.00 – ₹4.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives Key Responsibilities: Actively source and onboard new customers for Home Loans and related financial products. Generate leads through various channels such as field visits, cold calling, referrals, and existing customer databases. Conduct customer meetings, understand financial requirements, and provide appropriate solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales process including documentation and coordination with internal departments. Cross-sell related products such as insurance, loans against property, and fixed deposits. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager on lead status and sales performance. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 1–4 years in BFSI sales, field sales, or direct customer acquisition. Prior experience in Home Loans or Cross Selling is a strong advantage. Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Good understanding of financial products and customer handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be open to field travel across assigned locations. Owning a two-wheeler and valid driving license is highly preferred.
