Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Baner, Pune Company: ValueDx Number of Positions: 10 Note: The role will begin with an unpaid internship for a duration of 2 months . Upon completion of the first successful sale, the candidate will be transitioned to a full-time position on company payroll with the compensation package outlined below. CTC: 3.6 LPA Fixed: 10,000/month Variable: 20,000/month (Performance-based) Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive at ValueDx, you will be responsible for driving revenue through direct client interactions and strategic field outreach. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, generating appointments, and closing deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to potential clients to promote ValueDxs AI-powered solutions. Achieve a minimum of 15 appointment generations per month . Ensure at least 2 client conversions per month . Contribute to achieving the annual sales target of 30 Lakhs . Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. Track sales performance and report on progress regularly. Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA preferred. 02 years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply). Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfortable with local travel and in-person client engagement. Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Compensation & Growth: CTC: 3.6 LPA Fixed: 1.2 LPA (10,000/month) Variable: 2.4 LPA (20,000/month on target achievement) Performance-linked incentives and fast-track growth within the organization.
