We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and closing sales. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers to present products/services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Keep up to date with Market trends, Competitors, and Market conditions. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies. Ready to Visit Exhibition & Client Visit. Requirements: Previous sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and willing to travel.
