Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Experience Required: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome) Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred Language Requirements: Proficiency in Kannada and English Age Limit: 18–30 years Gender: Male candidates preferred Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Day shift) Additional Requirements: Two-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license Key Responsibilities including co-ordinating with panel builders, and end customers Conduct regular client visits for relationship building and requirement analysis Perform product demonstrations and pitch solutions tailored to client needs Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of sales volume and market share targets Draft offers and contracts in line with company policies and oversee contract performance Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions that meet customer requirements Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and explain technical products effectively Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently Basic computer literacy Fluency in Kannada and English Benefits Cell phone and internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) Performance-based incentives and yearly bonuses Interview & Contact Details interview Timings: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Interview Address: Nagoba Electronics, #125, 2nd Floor, 5th Main Road, Ideal Homes Township, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru – 560098
