Job Description: We are seeking a Field Sales Executive with proven experience in ocean freight sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise and a deep understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry , particularly in ocean freight. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in ocean freight . Conduct outdoor field sales visits to meet clients and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with importers/exporters and supply chain managers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to offer best-in-class solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and global trade regulations. Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in ocean freight/logistics . Proven track record of B2B client acquisition and revenue generation. Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping documentation, and freight negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (Navi Mumbai, Thane, etc.). Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional work ethic. Preferred Industry Background: Freight Forwarding Shipping & Logistics Ocean Freight Services Maritime Logistics Salary: 5-8L P.A.
