Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers, both new and existing, in the production industry within the Noida area and surrounding regions. Building Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with customers and distributors to foster long-term partnerships. Sales and Account Management: Managing existing accounts, conducting presentations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's production-related products or services, including their features, benefits, and applications. Market Research: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Reporting: Regularly reporting on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to management. Key Skills & Qualities: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and present products/services persuasively. Sales Aptitude: Demonstrable experience and success in generating and closing sales. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track leads. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively.
