Sales and Account Management: Managing existing accounts, conducting presentations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's production-related products or services, including their features, benefits, and applications. Market Research: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Reporting: Regularly reporting on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to management. Key Skills & Qualities: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and present products/services persuasively. Sales Aptitude: Demonstrable experience and success in generating and closing sales. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track leads.
