Job Title: Sales Executive About Us Surpluss is a global B2B liquidation platform for buying and selling excess inventory, stock lots, near-expiry products, cancelled orders, out-of-demand products and slow-moving stock. We are a one-stop platform that helps companies effectively liquidate their surplus inventory. Our mission is to assist businesses in overcoming inventory challenges by connecting them with potential buyers and facilitating the sale, assisting companies to recover costs and increase their bottom line. We are an Antler Backed start-up headquartered in Singapore. We are expanding our operations in India and are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to to drive business growth and build strong market presence. Key Responsibilities Understand and communicate the company's products/services effectively. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Generating leads and converting them into sales Present competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements. Plan and execute efficient sales routes. Schedule and attend client appointments. Follow up with clients and provide after-sales service. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly approach. Ensure continuous after-sales support to retain customers. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Required skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field. 1+ years of B2B sales experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in sales and achieving targets Ability to build strong client relationships Self-motivated and results-oriented individual Benefits Be part of a fast-growing company with an innovative and dynamic team.
