Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of field sales experience , strong communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement. You will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential customers, explaining product benefits, and closing sales. Minimum 1 year of field sales experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel within the city Self-motivated and goal-oriented Knowledge of the local area is a plus Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory Pitch products and services effectively to clients Achieve monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support Prepare daily reports on field activities and customer interactions Monthly salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 based on experience Attractive incentive structure based on performance Job Location - Thousand lights, Chennai Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Experience: Field sales: 1 year (Required) Language: Tamil (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
