Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential B2B clients, presenting our uniform and gifting solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new B2B leads within the industrial sector. Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation expertise. Customer relationship management. Self-motivation and target-driven mindset. Time management and organisational skills. Problem-solving and adaptability. Product and market knowledge. Basic technical proficiency (CRM software, mobile apps, email reporting). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B sales.
