Profile Openings: Sales Engineer Sales Executive Assistant Sales Manager Sales Manager Locations Available: Indore (1 position) Raipur (1 position) Udaipur (1 position) Rajkot (1 position) Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (Ideal for dynamic, young field sales professionals) Key Responsibilities: -Expertise in Key Account Sales: Focus on assigned customer industries. -Lead Generation and Customer Visits: Identify potential customers and schedule visits. -Pitch Preparation and Product Presentation: Develop compelling pitches and deliver product presentations. -Approach Strategies: Utilize various methods such as emails, phone calls, and in-person visits. -Demo/POC Execution: Conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept. -Commercial Negotiations and Closure: Handle commercial discussions and close deals. Job Requirements: -Proven experience in Business Development with enterprise customers. -Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and networks. -Strong focus on Solutioning and Integration. -In-depth knowledge of Sales Processes and CRM systems. Required Skills: -Excellent communication skills in English, local languages, and Hindi. -Strong networking abilities. -On-field sales experience with lead generation skills. -Result-oriented with a resilient, go-getter attitude. -Passion for driving key account sales. Preferred Industry Experience: -Experience in product, software, or solution selling, IT peripherals, Electronics product manufacturing. -Preference for candidates with a B2B and B2C background. -Experience in product selling for CCTV cameras, IP Video Surveillance, Biometric Devices is an added advantage.
