Job Description

Job Brief: Responsible for actively promoting and selling Beardo products (like skincare, haircare, body care, fragrances & so on) to retail outlets and distributors within a designated territory, by building strong customer relationships, understanding market needs, and achieving sales targets through in-person visits, BA management, and merchandising activities, while staying updated on industry trends and competitor analysis; essentially acting as a brand ambassador to drive market penetration and customer loyalty within the mens grooming sector. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential retail partners, distributors, and salons within the assigned territory in South Mumbai. Conduct sales calls to present product portfolio, highlight features and benefits, and secure new orders. Explain the schemes and offers that are provided by the company. Identify and engage with potential distributors, retail outlets, and salons (if required), building strong relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty. Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with BA to ensure additional business is driven through BA support in renowned GT stores. Provide regular sales visits, sales reports, and insights to the manager to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Stay updated on new product launches, features, and benefits of the company's retail and salon range products. Requirements: Proven 3+ sales experience in the GT personal care industry & salon, preferably with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer behavior in the beauty and personal care market. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
