Job Description: Field Sales Representative Statcon Powtech Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of solar inverters and power electronics solutions, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote our products and services to dealers, distributors, and end-users in assigned territories across India. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, and end-customers to promote Statcon Powtech’s solar solutions Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to educate clients about our offerings Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help refine sales strategy and product development Coordinate with internal departments including after-sales service, logistics, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and repeat business Utilize mobile and digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp, email, CRM) to manage leads and communication effectively Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions Qualifications and Skills Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in solar energy, power electronics, or allied sectors Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and build a regional sales network Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet sales targets Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing practices Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in solar product sales or renewable energy solutions Technical knowledge of solar inverters and power conditioning systems Local language proficiency in assigned sales regions Statcon Electronics and Statcon Powtech are Equal Opportunity Employers and consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, age, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
