The role involves installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems, control panels, flow meters, SWAS panels, and process analyzers. Freshers and engineers with up to 2 years of experience in PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, or Instrumentation are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Instrumentation & Commissioning: Install and calibrate process instruments (flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, temperature controllers). Commissioning of SWAS panels, gas analyzers, lab instruments, and automation systems. Diagnose and resolve issues in transmitters, controllers, and process analyzers. PLC, SCADA & Automation: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi), SCADA, and HMI systems. Field wiring, loop checking, and system integration with RTUs and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Service & Customer Support: Perform on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support. Assist in promoting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), calibration services, and spare parts sales. Eligibility Criteria: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering. 0-2 years of experience in PLC, SCADA, Automation, or Instrumentation Technician/ Technical. 2-4 years for ITI / Diploma Candidates. Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service and commissioning. Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel. Key Skills: PLC Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi) SCADA & HMI Configuration (Wonderware, WinCC, iFix, InduSoft) Industrial Instrumentation & Process Control (Transmitters, sensors, controllers) Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP Communication Field Wiring, Loop Checking, and Panel Integration Added Advantage: Experience with Water Quality Analyzers (pH, Conductivity, DO, TOC, Turbidity) Exposure to Flow Meters, SWAS Panels, and Gas Analyzers Knowledge of Lab Equipment Calibration & Services Why Join Us?
