Job Description

Role & responsibilities Install and configure devices at customer sites. Perform electrical wiring and ensure correct PLC connections. Understand and integrate APIs and software solutions to enhance device functionality. Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues. Provide training and support to customers on the usage of Flagman. Document and report installation processes and customer feedback. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical wiring. Basic Knowledge of Linux and Windows Familiarity with SCADA systems. Understanding of APIs and software integration options. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Willingness to travel extensively across India and potentially to other regions such as GCC, South East Asia, Bhutan, and Nepal. Perks and benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
