Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical services, preferably with experience in solar panel installation, and will be responsible for on-site service, maintenance, and ensuring smooth installation processes. Key Responsibilities: 1.Solar Panel Installation and Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations efficiently Carry out installation, testing, and upkeep of solar panels and associated electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar installations. 2.Electrical Services: Provide service and maintenance for electrical systems, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Conduct house wiring tasks as required for project completion. 3.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare basic reports and maintain records using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Ensure proper documentation of completed tasks and share updates with the team. 4.Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety standards and company protocols during fieldwork. Ensure compliance with quality standards in all installations and services. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, ITI Electrician, or ITI Wireman, BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation (preferred). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical services and maintenance. Proficiency in house wiring techniques.
