Responsibilities: Need to work at TAT norms ( Turn around time -24 hrs. - for attending the service ) Need to send daily reports and updation for quality department Need to handle good dealer management and customer management Need to maintain discipline and sanctity for the company operations Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product. Promoting the company's services. Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills. Requirements: Qualification : ITI OR DIPLOMA Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience The ability to work independently. Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
