Job Description

Team Supervision: Manage and monitor the performance of field staff (e.g., promoters, technicians, merchandisers, workers), ensuring tasks are completed as per the defined standards. Execution Oversight: Oversee on-ground implementation of campaigns, services, or tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Reporting & Documentation: Submit daily activity reports, attendance, photos/videos, issue logs, and progress updates to management. Training & Briefing: Conduct briefing sessions and on-the-job training for new field team members to ensure compliance with SOPs. Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and setup of materials/equipment at field locations. Coordinate vehicle movements and route plans. Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any on-site issues, emergencies, or client concerns, escalating when necessary.
