The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision, material inspection, and workforce coordination . Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor on-site marble loading, unloading, and transportation . Ensure proper handling and storage of marble slabs to prevent damage. Coordinate with truck drivers, laborers, and warehouse staff for smooth operations. Inspect marble quality before dispatch and during unloading at the site. Maintain daily work reports, inventory logs, and material records . Ensure safety guidelines and compliance at the worksite. Resolve any on-site operational challenges quickly and efficiently. Communicate with the sales and accounts team for proper order execution. Ensure that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time . Requirements: Minimum 0-1 years of experience in field supervision, warehouse, or logistics management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Basic knowledge of marble, building materials, or construction (preferred). Ability to handle labor, solve site issues, and manage workflows . Good communication and coordination skills.
