Job Title: Field Support Engineer (Store Support) Location: Delhi or Gurgaon Experience: 1+ year Key Responsibilities: Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot store hardware including POS terminals, printers, and other related equipment. Networking Support: Manage and troubleshoot network connections to ensure seamless communication between store systems. POS Systems Management: Support and maintain POS machines and related applications, ensuring they are operational and updated. Application Support: Assist with LS Retail POS software issues, updates, and configuration. Technical Assistance: Provide on-site and remote support to store staff for technical issues and ensure quick resolution. Skills and Qualifications: Any graduation degree. Experience with POS systems, hardware, and networking. Familiarity with LS Retail and POS application troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
