Job Description: Field Worker (Electrician in EV Charging) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Worker with experience in electrical work to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work across various sites in Hyderabad. The candidate must be familiar with the local area and language, have hands-on experience as an electrician, and own a two-wheeler for efficient fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations of EV Chargers, repairs, and maintenance as required in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime. Follow safety protocols and local electrical codes and regulations while working on-site. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report issues or updates to the supervisor. Provide assistance with other electrical-related tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring work is completed to satisfaction. Travel to various field locations within Hyderabad using a personal two-wheeler. Handle any other duties related to fieldwork as required by the supervisor. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience working as an electrician (minimum 2-3 years preferred). In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical faults and performing repairs. Must be familiar with the local language (Telugu) and the Hyderabad area. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid drivers license. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and field environments. Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in ITI/ Electrical Engineering or related fields. Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations for electrical work.
