We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant with in-depth expertise in SAP Fieldglass implementation and procurement processes . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects, conducting Fit-Gap workshops, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA . Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP Fieldglass implementation projects and ensure successful delivery. Conduct Fit-Gap workshops , identify custom developments, and provide expert recommendations. Configure SAP Fieldglass solutions and guide customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fieldglass with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA . Stay updated with new Fieldglass functionalities and present solutions to clients. Collaborate in an international remote team environment. Maintain a professional, objective, and problem-solving approach in high-pressure situations. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience: 58 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation Strong expertise in procurement processes Experience in Fieldglass Contingent Worker & Statement of Work (SoW) modules SAP Fieldglass configuration expertise Knowledge of worker onboarding/offboarding management SAP MM (Materials Management) experience is desirable Key Competencies & Experience: Leadership & Team Management Led multiple SAP Fieldglass implementation projects Communication & Presentation Skills – Engaged with stakeholders and clients effectively Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Resolved complex Fieldglass integration challenges Stakeholder Engagement – Experience collaborating in international & remote teams
