Candidate should have experience in Application Support (L2) Finacle 10.x . Providing L2 Support to bank IT Team and bank users on FINACLE Application 10 x Good Debugging knowledge on Custom/Product Error Providing backend as well as frontend solution regarding CRM Module , All types of Accounts module (SB/CA/CC/OD/LA) Should be able to classify the issue as data related , product related or customization related To ensure all the tickets raised are closed within the mentioned SLA time period To analyse the common issues being raised on daily basis and provide permanent fix for the same in Finacle Modules Able to publish the daily ticket status to the stake holders To be able to fix small customization issues . Should have good environment knowledge on Finacle Services Generating data through SQL as per bank requirement. Sending daily EOD-BOD checklist to all stake holders. Support to EOD-BOD activity and related issues (Checking logs / errors from backend and providing resolution). EOD/BOD Batch Support and Financial year end support Generating data through SQL as per bank requirement. Handling Customized module. Handling NEFT and RTGS payment related issues. Backend support for solving queries. Analysing Delivery Channels ATM/FI logs and ensuring trouble free process Ready on work on shift.
