Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Finacle System Analyst with strong domain knowledge in CASA (Current and Savings Accounts) to support the design, documentation, and implementation of functional solutions within the Finacle Core Banking System. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and QA to ensure the effective delivery of CASA-related enhancements and configurations. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements related to Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) in Finacle. Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS) for CASA module customizations. Work closely with business users to gather detailed functional needs and translate them into solution designs. Review existing Finacle CASA configurations and propose enhancements or optimizations. Coordinate with development teams to ensure customizations align with business expectations. Assist in functional testing, UAT, and validation of CASA-related modules. Participate in change requests (CRs), version upgrades, and support initiatives. Support production issue analysis and provide functional guidance for resolution. Leverage Unix shell scripting to assist with automation, log extraction, data file analysis, and scheduling batch jobs in Finacle environments. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience as a System Analyst or Functional Consultant on Finacle CBS with extensive exposure to the CASA module. Strong understanding of CASA product configuration, including account creation, maintenance, interest setup, charges, and standing instructions etc. Proven experience in creating functional design documents, requirement traceability matrices, and test scenarios. Knowledge of EOD/EOM processes, regulatory requirements, and transaction flows for CASA. Ability to perform data validation using SQL queries. Working knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting for batch processing, log tracking, and data extraction activities. Excellent communication skills for interacting with business users and IT teams. Should be a self-starter capable of delivering results independently, without the need for hand-holding or continuous supervision Good To Have Experience in Finacle 10.x or higher. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to CASA (e.g., KYC/AML, dormant accounts). Exposure to workflow automation or integration with digital channels (e.g., internet banking, mobile apps). Finacle certification or business analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Banking or Finance will be an added advantage. Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently. Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and strong ownership of assigned deliverables.
