Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Finance & Accounts Manager Location: Noida Experience: 3-10 years (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Summary: We seek an experienced CA to lead our Finance & Accounts Department , ensuring financial health, compliance, and efficient fund management in manpower, supply chain, warehousing, and imported fruits operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting . Manage accounts, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audits . Handle banking operations, treasury, and fund allocation . Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management . Collaborate with supply chain & warehouse teams for cost optimization. Skills Required: Strong expertise in finance, taxation, and accounting software (Tally, ERP, Excel) . Experience in warehousing, logistics, or FMCG finance is preferred. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills . Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Title: Account Executive Location: Noida Experience: 2-5 years (Preferably in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG) Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) Job Summary: We are hiring an Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, taxation, and financial reporting . The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings. Maintain general ledger and assist in financial reporting. Coordinate with auditors and assist in compliance. Monitor cash flow and bank transactions. Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and MS Excel . Strong knowledge of accounting principles & taxation (GST, TDS, IT) . Attention to detail and ability to manage financial data efficiently. Good communication and teamwork skills.
