Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA Finance / M com. 1-4 Years of Minimum experience in relevant Role. Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Reporting, Internal Controls and Compliance, Cash Management and Treasury, Team Leadership and Development, GST and Invoicing, Tally, ERP and Balance Sheet. Good Communication Skills, Proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Responsibilities & Duties The Accounts & Finance Assistant plays a pivotal role in the financial management of the organization, overseeing all aspects of financial operations, accounting, and reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities to ensure the organization's financial health and compliance with regulations. Key Skills Accounting Tally GST Balance Sheet Financial Management Invoicing Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience.
