Finance & Accounts Manager ( CA/Accountants)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings; handle tax planning and audits. Prepare MIS reports and conduct financial, variance, and profitability analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple entities and locations. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities during assessments and audits. Establish internal financial controls and SOPs; drive process improvements and compliance. Candidate Requirements Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Equivalent Strong understanding of Indian taxation, financial reporting, and accounting standards Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, ERP, etc.) Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multi-entity accounts independently and deliver within deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): How many Years of relevant Experience / Post Qualification Experience do you have ?
