We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for the role of Finance & Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing professional presentations and proposals, managing financial tasks, and supporting the leadership team with administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Presentation and Proposal Creation: Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and projects. Draft business proposals and documentation as required. Financial Management: Handle day-to-day financial tasks, including budget management, expense tracking, and report preparation. Assist with financial analysis and forecasting. Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to senior management. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence efficiently. Data Management: Maintain organized records of financial and project-related data. Ensure timely submission of reports and follow-ups. Qualifications and Skills: MBA in Finance (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
