Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Financial Reporting and Analysis Direct the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards. Lead the preparation for audits and ensure smooth interaction with external auditors, addressing any issues or findings from audit reports. 2. Compliance Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including income tax, transfer pricing, GST, ROC and other relevant taxes and compliances. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position. 3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs by Raising funds, when necessary, from Banks, Financial Institutions etc. Oversee treasury operations, including investments, banking relationships, and working capital management. 4. MIS Prepare and submit regular Management Information System (MIS) reports 5. Internal and Financial Control Control expenses, Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. Hedging of company's foreign exchange receivables and payables. 5. Budgeting Preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and tracking variances. 6. Risk management Manage the financial risks of the organization and accordingly lead in the assessment, management and mitigation of the identified risks. Preferred candidate profile A Male CA with at least 13-17 years post qualification experience. Job Timings Monday to Friday 11AM to 8PM
