Role Description: This is an on-site contract role for a Finance Associate 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Gurugram, Haryana (Onsite) 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Finance 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations, ensuring timely reconciliation of receivables and payables, and working closely with cross-functional teams. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Perform accurate and timely 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 to maintain updated financial records. • Perform monthly 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Conduct reconciliation for various business segments 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀. • Take ownership of the 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications:  1-3 years of experience Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance Excellent Communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Previous experience in a finance role is preferred Attention to detail and ability to work in a team is essential Show more Show less
