The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of professional writing experience, preferably with financial news websites or media outlets. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and accurate content across topics such as stock markets, investment strategies, economic trends, personal finance, fintech developments, and more. Key Responsibilities: Write clear, well-researched, and engaging articles, blogs, and explainers on finance-related topics Translate complex financial data into reader-friendly content for a broad audience Monitor current events and financial markets to pitch timely article ideas Collaborate with editors, analysts, and design teams to produce multimedia content Ensure all content meets editorial standards and adheres to SEO best practices Regularly update evergreen content based on market changes and reader demand Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, Business, or a related field 3–5 years of writing experience, preferably in a financial news or media environment Strong understanding of financial markets, economic indicators, and personal finance concepts Excellent writing, editing, and research skills Familiarity with SEO, WordPress, and content management systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing for high-traffic financial websites or investment platforms Familiarity with financial regulations, tax systems, or fintech innovation Certification in financial analysis or journalism (e.g., CFA Level I, NISM, etc.) is a plus
