Work on valuation of corporate restructuring - mergers/demergers/acquisitions 6. Conduct valuation of businesses/companies 7. Undertake investment analysis 8. Evaluate industrial assets, plant & machinery, and real estate valuation 9. Estimate ESOPs, sweat equity, financial securities, and instruments valuation 10.
