About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Undertake bank account and policy reconciliations on a daily basis & ensure that outstanding items are at a minimum and being investigated & chased regularly for resolution 2. Meet defined SLAs/targets 3. Follow up proactively on outstanding items to ensure that the reconciliations are maintained in the best possible position 4. Work on monthly reporting of outstanding items to the management teams 5. Ensure all the MI reports are delivered within the agreed timescale 6. Maintain and implement a personal development plan in partnership with the line manager 7. Understand and adhere to our policies and guidelines 8. Provide the process leaders/team managers with MI required from time to time 9. Ensure any potential issues are escalated to the supervisors on time 10. Maintain and update relevant logs at all times 11. Understand and contribute towards achieving own & departmental objectives 12. Maintain confidentiality of customer data 13. Schedule adherence in terms of attendance, breaks, etc. Who can apply: 1.
