Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong Excel skills and experience in managing accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial operations for e-commerce platforms like AJIO, Myntra, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with payment reconciliation, tally/system uploads, and accounting entries. Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Management: Track payments from e-commerce platforms (AJIO, Myntra, etc. ), reconcile receivables, and ensure timely collections. Payment Reconciliation: Verify payments, deductions, and chargebacks, ensuring accurate reconciliation with platform reports. Excel & Data Management: Maintain financial records, generate reports, and perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions. Tally/System Uploads: Ensure accurate financial entries and upload reconciled data into Tally or other accounting software. Accounting Entries: Record and process journal entries, invoices, and GST compliance-related transactions. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on receivables, reconciliations, and financial discrepancies.
