Job Type : Full-time Experience : Minimum 1 year in a similar role Location : [Specify Location or Mention Remote, if applicable] Salary : [Specify Salary Range or Mention Competitive Salary] Roles and Responsibilities GST and Income Tax Compliance : Comprehensive knowledge of GST and Income Tax, including preparation and submission of returns. Regulatory Compliance : Manage ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and Shop Act compliances. Tax Returns and Bookkeeping : Prepare and maintain accurate tax returns, bookkeeping, and related financial services. Administrative Support : Handle administrative tasks, including file and document management as needed. Reconciliation : Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other ledger accounts. Invoicing : Generate and issue invoices to clients, customers, or vendors and ensure timely payment tracking. Expense Management : Record, categorize, and ensure compliance of business expenses with company policies and tax regulations. Accounts Management : Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable records, and assist in payment processing for vendors and customers. Financial Reporting : Support the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Data Analysis : Perform basic analysis to identify financial trends, discrepancies, and variances. Documentation : Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records, receipts, and documentation. Compliance : Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws. Desired Candidate Profile Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Solid understanding of billing, cash applications, and collections processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to resolve disputes and negotiate payments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and contribute effectively in the financial domain.
