About the role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Retail to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the entire operations of the Finance from proper accounting methods to complete annual audits 2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. 3. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management. 6. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports 8. Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring liquidity and timely payments. Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CA 4 - 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on Retail. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience in handling FP&A and MIS reporting Excellent knowledge of financial management principles and practices. Advanced proficiency in Financial software (Tally ERP & Prime) and Microsoft Excel.
