Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical person to join our finance team. He / She will be primarily responsible for assisting with preparation of various financial MIS (for Senior Management consumption for decision making). Additionally would also be engaged in areas of financial forecasting, budget allocation and control to support strategic function of cashflow management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities: Preparation and regular updating of various Finance related MIS. High level of attention to detail and initiative is a must, as these MIS would be supporting high level strategic decision making. Assist in function of budget allocation and control. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis. Support the periodic financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as required by Senior Management Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, budgeting & forecasting, financial MIS or a similar role. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Self starter
