Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee fund-raising activities, debt syndication, and project financing for real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial due diligence, liaising with financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Fund Raising & Debt Syndication: Manage and execute debt fund-raising activities, including project funding and corporate finance initiatives. Engage with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding for real estate projects. Negotiate loan structures, interest rates, and financial covenants with lenders. Develop strategies to optimize capital structure and minimize financing costs. Project Finance & Funding: Evaluate and appraise project finance proposals for real estate and infrastructure projects. Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and the financial health of the company and ongoing projects. Prepare and finalize comprehensive project finance proposal notes for submission to financial institutions. Conduct real-time analysis and track the financial status of on-going projects. Compliance & Due Diligence: Oversee and ensure compliance with legal, technical, and financial due diligence processes for funding approvals. Coordinate with bankers, financial institutions, and external agencies for property valuation and financial assessments . Address and resolve queries raised by financial institutions and other stakeholders. Portfolio & Risk Monitoring: Monitor the existing loan portfolio and assess risks associated with ongoing and upcoming projects. Evaluate and forecast future cash flows to ensure the sustainability and profitability of projects. Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and regulatory bodies .
